When we started building QIU, we had one clear conviction: the way companies and professionals find each other is broken. Too much noise, too many intermediaries, too many missed opportunities on both sides.
Today, after months of building, listening, iterating, and dreaming about what this could become, we are very close to the real starting line. And we wanted to write to you directly.

The world is changing at an extraordinary pace. Companies need talent with more precision than ever, and professionals deserve access to opportunities that truly fit them without having to navigate endless, opaque processes. QIU was built to solve exactly that.
But before we talk about what's coming, we needed to pause and say something important to those of you already inside:

You bet on something that wasn’t fully built yet. You believed in an idea, a team, a vision. That’s something we’ll never forget. And we promise we will live up to that trust today and at every step we take from here on.
To those of you still considering whether to join: this is exactly the right moment. What’s about to come to light is the result of listening closely to what both you and the companies need. It’s not a finished product set in stone, it’s the beginning of something we’re going to build together.
