As Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee all food and beverage operations within the hotel, ensuring profitability, high-quality standards, and exceptional guest experiences. You will lead F&B teams, control costs, develop concepts, and drive revenue across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all food and beverage outlets and operations
- Ensure profitability through cost control, budgeting, and efficiency

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior food and beverage role within hospitality
