Requirements
- Previous experience supervising or coordinating F&B teams.
- Experience in hotels, premium restaurants or high-volume venues.
- Leadership and the ability to organise teams.
- A focus on excellence and on the guest.
- Knowledge of service standards.
- Ability to handle issues and solve problems.
- Monitoring and upholding quality standards.
- A good level of English.
- Other languages will be valued.
