As Junior Receptionist, you will support front desk operations under supervision, assisting with guest check-in and check-out, handling inquiries, and supporting reservation activities. You will help ensure a smooth and organized reception area while delivering friendly service to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and direct requests appropriately
- Support reservations, room assignments, and updates
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and order at the front desk
- Follow front office procedures and service standards
Requirements:
- Entry-level experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
