As Director of Finance, you will lead the hotel’s financial strategy, controls, and reporting to ensure profitability, accuracy, and compliance. You will oversee all finance and accounting functions, support executive decision-making, and drive strong financial performance across the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Manage budgets, cost control, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax, and audit requirements
- Oversee internal controls and risk management
- Supervise and develop finance and accounting teams

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior finance role within hospitality or a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
