As Director of Sales & Marketing, you will lead the hotel’s sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, market share, and brand visibility. You will manage sales and marketing teams, develop commercial plans, and build strong partnerships to achieve the hotel’s business and revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals
- Drive revenue growth across rooms, F&B, events, and other hotel services
- Lead and manage sales and marketing teams, setting targets and KPIs
- Strengthen brand positioning and visibility in key markets
- Manage key accounts, partnerships, and commercial agreements
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and performance data
- Support pricing, promotions, and demand generation initiatives
- Prepare sales and marketing reports and forecasts for management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role within hospitality
- Strong knowledge of hotel sales channels and marketing strategies
- Track record of driving revenue growth and market share
