What are we looking for?
We are looking for Chefs de Partie for high-end hotels and premium restaurants in Madrid.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or as a chef with experience running a section.
- Vocational training in Cooking or Food Service.
- Command of the cooking techniques for the section.
- Ability to organise and supervise the work of the section.
- Control of timings, quality and presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
- Leadership and teamwork.
- Organisation and attention to detail.
- Experience in 4* and 5* hotels or premium restaurants, a plus.
