Beauty Consultant / Fragrance Advisor

At QIU we are looking for professionals to join as Beauty Consultants / Fragrance Advisors in Madrid, representing international luxury fragrance houses.

We work with more than 20 internationally renowned luxury brands, connecting talent with leading companies in the beauty and cosmetics sector.

We are looking for people who are passionate about fragrance, with a commercial attitude, excellent customer service and the drive to offer a unique shopping experience.

What will your main duties be?

• Give customers personalised advice on fragrances and luxury products.
• Represent the values and image of the brands at the point of sale.
• Drive sales and meet commercial targets.
• Carry out product demonstrations and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Keep the sales area and products impeccably presented.
• Take part in campaigns, promotions and new fragrance launches.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in sales, fragrance, cosmetics or retail.
• A passion for the world of fragrance and luxury brands.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Dynamic, proactive and results-driven profile.
• Languages, especially English, a plus.
