Requirements
- Previous experience in the Housekeeping department.
- Knowledge of hotel cleaning procedures and standards.
- Ability to coordinate teams and allocate tasks.
- Supervising rooms and public areas.
- Quality control and following up issues.
- Organisation and planning.
- Ability to coordinate with Reception and Maintenance.
- Attention to detail and a focus on excellence.
- Experience in 4* and 5* hotels or resorts, a plus.
- English, a plus.
- Ability to cope with high occupancy periods.
- Knowledge of how hotels run in tourist destinations, a plus.
