Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and service-oriented Waiter or Waitress to join our Food and Beverage team. You will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests in our restaurant, bar, and event areas, ensuring every guest enjoys a high-quality dining experience aligned with Accor brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable and well attended at all times
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide menu recommendations
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, following presentation and service standards
- Ensure tables, stations, and service areas are clean and properly set
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Process bills and payments accurately when required
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
- Represent the hotel in a professional manner, maintaining grooming and uniform standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter or waitress, preferably in a hotel or high-volume restaurant
- Good communication skills in Spanish, English is a strong advantage
- Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with the ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards is a plus
